Our two main focuses within SAP are
Change Management and Training.

Change Management promotes shared understanding and feedback that leads to acceptance. It is important that the project team provides accurate, up-to-date information to keep the stakeholders focused, reduced rumor and avoid performance dips. The change management process helps to manage expectations regarding SAP impacts and benefits. Effective communication, its timing through various media, as well as participant feedback will help manage stakeholders’ concerns, fears, expectations and information needs. A communication plan is designed to include activities and various communication channels to ensure that the right information is communicated to the right audience at the right time. The following chart shows the ASAP Methodology that coincides with the various communication campaigns:

What is needed from our clients?
Baseline information from the client is important so that we can understand the current communication culture and know the communication channel and vehicles types that are most commonly used to disperse messages. The clients are asked to detail the approval process of communication content to ensure that messaging can be released in a timely manner while keeping within the project timeline. Our change management requires that there are dedicated client executives who review and approve each communication that is created.
